Jay Terrien is available for the following suite of musical services based in Los Angeles, CA and working world-wide: (All creative fees and scope of work will be established on a project-by-project basis, plus AFM (Pro Musicians Local 47 Union) costs, if necessary)

Orchestration/Arranging:
*"Intriguing" arrangement compositions as a "work for hire" composer/arranger available for Motion Picture and Television clients, high-end major label work, Indie projects, shoppable band demos, etc. (Creative fee plus applicable AFM recording session costs $75.00 per player, per hour. 3-4 part string or horn arrangements start at $1,000.00 USD ($250.00 per string part) per arranged composition.)

Session Contracting:
*I have immediate access to and regularly work with the best strings, brass, pop/rock band, and orchestral players in Los Angeles whose credits include live and studio session work with Christina Aguilera, Dr. Dre, Adele, Rihanna, Kanye West, Drake, Rancid, Justin Timberlake, Linda Perry, Kelly Clarkson, Michael Penn, Jessica Simpson, Faith Evans, The Jonas Brothers, Clay Aiken, Josh Groban, Michael Buble, Metallica, etc. I provide incredibly reliable booking and management of local first call musicians for recording session work (handling all paperwork for the AFM), live television engagements (The Jay Leno Show, The David Letterman Show, Late Night with Conan O'Brien, Saturday Night Live), and international tours! EVERY LIVE ENSEMBLE THAT I PUT ON THE STAGE KICKS ASS AND THE BANDS ALWAYS LOVE AND RESPECT OUR CHOPS AND WORK ETHIC!

Live Performance:
*I provide unparalled 1st call performance services on electric bass or acoustic viola for Motion Picture and Television clients, high-end major label touring bands, Indie projects, local emerging singer/songwriter talent, standard string quartet, chamber and large orchestras, etc.

Recording:
*Expertise tracking electric bass (fretted/fretless 4-12 strings, you pick the bass gear that best suits your business needs!) or viola for Motion Picture and Television clients, high-end major label work, Indie projects, shoppable band demos, etc.
*3-hour minimum session length requirement
*If necessary, I will provide written charts or notation for your ensemble

Composition/Sound Design:
*For Advertising Campaigns, Motion Picture and Television clients, Internet/Mixed Media, etc.

Musical Director:
*I try to make everyone happy by assembling a kick ass band of committed, organized musicians…….and then I buy the drinks!!

Production/Mixing:
*Will assist the recording and post-production phases of my own instrumental/string arrangements for any projects that I undertake, including Motion Picture and Television clients, high-end major label work, Indie projects, shoppable band demos, corporate contractors, etc.
